• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in a Player's oo77 account wallet, including deposited amounts and credited bonuses where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

oo77 may conduct identity verification checks at the time of registration, at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any other time at oo77's discretion. Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their oo77 account wallet at any time, subject to account verification status and the conditions set out in this Clause. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

All sports bets placed on the oo77 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook bets placed on oo77:

• Bets placed are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised in accordance with applicable Cash Out rules.
• oo77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault affected the bet placement process. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at oo77's discretion. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type.

Casino games available on the oo77 platform are provided by third-party Game Providers and are subject to the rules specific to each individual game. oo77 does not control the underlying game mechanics, Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or Return to Player (RTP) percentages of games provided by third-party Game Providers.

• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on genuine, correctly processed transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oo77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if oo77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oo77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct damages arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oo77 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time. oo77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

oo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the Player's own request via formal written application to [email protected].

Upon closure of an account that is in good standing (i.e., where no breach of these Terms has occurred), any real-money balance in the account wallet will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Where an account is closed as a consequence of a breach of these Terms, oo77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus funds, and to pursue recovery of any losses sustained by oo77 as a result of the breach.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which oo77 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the oo77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
